Based in São Paulo London, I bring over a decade of experience navigating high-pressure, customer-facing environments to my UX practice. I translate those soft skills into digital strategy. By de-escalating complex systemic issues and anticipating needs, my goal is to help build empathetic products that aim to drive long-term retention.
I advocate for digital well-being by designing tools that respect a user's time and attention. But ethical design only creates an impact when it actually ships. That is why I align my philosophy with the reality of business metrics: creating calm, seamless experiences is what drives retention and long-term user value. I’m looking for an internship or junior role where I can tackle complex technical constraints, learn from senior product leads, and help scale meaningful solutions.
My approach bridges rigorous academic research with hands-on technical experimentation. While the standard UX/UI stack is my daily foundation, I treat creative coding and 3D environments as a playground for new ideas.
When I'm off-screen, I spend my time cycling around London, exploring local exhibitions, and keeping track of the latest movie releases.
